Bubbletastic Bank Holiday Weekends
Join in the fun during our Bubbletastic Weekend for the early May and August Bank Holidays. Create the most spectacular bubbles, find out what it is like to stand in a bubble, try to make the biggest bubble you can and even see if you can make a square bubble - is that really possible? Our bubble wall in the Light and Colour exhibition will also explain what you are looking at and why you see what you see. No pre-booking required and this activity is FREE with your normal admission.
It is the 25th anniversary of The Observatory Science Centre in 2020 and we are celebrating throughout the year. Celebration Sundays will be held on the first Sunday of every month from February to November (with the exception of September). There will be different themes and activities each month but we will be showcasing just how much fun science actually is.
