Your Body: How it Works!
23 August: The body is amazing! From your brain to your big toe there is so much stuff packed in that keeps us alive. How does it all work together? Come and find out on this journey from your head to your heels and all the bits in between.

This workshop looks at how the body actually works. How does your brain tell your feet to move? Electricity of course! How does your stomach digest your food? Chemistry of course! How does your blood get to your toes and back again? Through a pump and some valves of course!
The body is very complicated but through some fascinating experiments you will find out what the answers to these questions mean and much more.

Please note that the workshop is for children only. We actively encourage adults to leave their children with us unless they require one to one support (please let us know in advance if your child has any additional needs).

Please be aware we are not specialist SEND providers and therefore we are unable to offer one to one support. If your child/children receive one to one care in school please contact us prior to booking to make sure that the workshop is suitable for your child/children's needs.
