Moon Watch
Tuesday 14th February 2023 - half day workshop for ages 6-8 years. Learn all about the magnificent Moon through fun interactive activities. Make your own Moon model and create some fantastically messy craters.
-
The Moon is a fascinating piece of rock but how did it get there? What are those dark patches that look like a face? How can we actually see this lump of rock? What made all those craters? Why does it seem to change shape every night? So many questions! Come and find out in this fantastically fun workshop. Be prepared to get messy though we will be learning how craters are formed by making your very own surface of the Moon.
Wear warm clothing that you don't mind getting messy.
-
Please note that the workshop is for children only. We actively encourage adults to leave their children with us unless they require one to one support (please let us know in advance if your child has any additional needs).
