We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We are a small educational charity and work part-time, but aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours of payment being received.
PLEASE NOTE: Bulk orders cannot be split and delivered to multiple UK addresses.

The item can then be returned at your cost, providing it is in wrapped, re-saleable condition.
When received, we will refund your price paid through PayPal, less original postage.
When posting please obtain proof of posting. Items are your responsibility until received by ourselves.
All items purchased as part of a bundle / package deal must be returned together in order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.
Products are checked carefully before despatch, but please contact us in the unlikely event of any problems or faults. We can then advise with regards to replacement or refund option.
