Our next Home Educator Day is Friday 15th May 2026.
Home Educator days at the Observatory Science Centre & Museum are the perfect opportunity to learn through play, engage with science concepts and meet other home educator families and groups.
Your ticket includes admission to all our indoor and outdoor hands-on science exhibits, as well as the opportunity to join telescope tours and science shows which will be repeated throughout the day.
Our cafe will be open to purchase refreshments. You are also welcome to bring a picnic which may be eaten in our marquee or outside on our picnic benches.
Gates open at 10am and close at 4pm (last entry 3pm).
Pre-booking essential. Please note this is not a drop-off event and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
